With a background in holistic health, personal training, and psychology, I approach wellness through the lens of mind-body connection — blending evidence-based insight with practical, sustainable tools. I believe true well-being isn’t about extremes or quick fixes, but about intention, awareness, and supportive community.

The Wellness Weekend was created as a space to bring those elements together. These retreats and events are thoughtfully designed to combine movement, reflection, education, and meaningful connection — offering structure without pressure and growth without overwhelm.

My goal is simple: to create experiences that leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself long after the weekend ends.
